The rod should be evenly balanced by using the plastic clip, helping it show the slightest movements. Frame measures 12” length x 5” wide x 10.5” high when opened. The plastic clip is custom made to fit a standard 3/4" rod handle. Each unit comes with one balancing clip. Additional clips sold separately.
